Kaya nga po po binigay sa atin upang makatulong sa ating mga farmers at makapag produce tayo ng maraming bigas para sa mga Pilipino,” said Ms. Mary Angeline Tello, chair of the OLCAM Irrigators Association Incorporated as she challenges her fellow farmers.
