One of the topics to be discussed is the Abonong Swak Campaign of DA-PhilRice. We came up with this campaign in response to the increasing prices of fertilizers and fuels. This will help our farmers reduce their production cost. I wish everyone the best and expect your five-day training to be joyful and full of learnings.” Joy Bartolome Duldulao, OIC-Director of Isabela, emphasized during the opening program.

Also present was Vilma Cabrera, Isabela’s Director of the Technical Education And Skills Development Authority.

Participants are expected to hone and expand their skills and knowledge on effective pest and nutrient management based on the PalayCheck System. (DA-PhilRice Isabela, FB)
