Captured on July 11, 2022, is the distribution of rice seeds at Tapaz Transport Terminal to the farmers of Barangays San Vicente, Daan Banwa and Artuz.

The said Seed distribution of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) by Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) was spearheaded by the Municipal Agriculture Office through the leadership of Mayor Roberto “Nonong” Palomar.

Tapaz is the biggest municipality in the province of Capiz with the land area of 59, 744 hectares.
