2025 Dry Season Social Preparation events were successfully conducted in Abra, September 17; and Benguet, September 20, 2024. Representatives from respective Provincial Agriculture Offices and Local Government Units attended.
The events featured presentations on the guidelines for the distribution of inbred seeds under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) and the National Rice Program (NRP), the implementation and accomplishments of the RCEF Seed Program for the 2024 Wet Season, and ways forward.
In preparation for the upcoming 2025 Dry Season, allocations were finalized through workshops during the events, where delivery schedules and drop-off points for seed distribution were projected. Posters on rice applications were also distributed to promote digitalization among rice farmers.
