Approximately Php1.2 billion worth of interventions from various government programs were distributed in Oriental Mindoro during the conduct of the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) held on March 9 in Calapan City.

 

PHilMech, as lead implementer of the RCEF Mechanization Program, distributed around Php10.4 million worth of machinery grants to farmers’ cooperatives and associations (FCAs) and local government units (LGUs) comprising three units of four-wheel-drive tractors and two rice combine harvesters.

 

House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, PHilMech FMFOD Luzon C Cluster Head, Engr. Niño Bengosta, together with Governor Humerlito Dolor, Vice Governor Ejay Falcon, First District Congressman Arnan Panaligan, Second District Congressman Alfonso Umali Jr., and other government officials, were present during the event.
