At the opening of the training conducted by the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund-Rice Extension Service Program (RCEF-RESP) under Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech), (2nd batch) entitled “Training Course on the operation and maintenance of rice machinery” held at Villar Sipag Farm School in San Miguel Iloilo. There were 16 participants from 7 FCA’s from first 2nd and 3rd district Province of Iloilo who are beneficiaries of RTL machineries from farmer coops and associations who participated in the training.
