On going training of 32 trainees coming from provinces of Panay and Negros Island, under the RCEF Extension of the Rice tariffication law or #RTL, principally authored by Senator Cynthia Villar.
AESA (Agro-ecosystem Analysis) is a way of understanding the interactions of the different factors in the field, which are directly and indirectly affecting the growth and development of the rice plant. This includes the gathering of agronomic data and general observation of the rice field to come up with sound decision making.
