This is the challenge that the 27 new rice specialists from regions 10, 11, 13, 7, and 8 accepted without hesitation after graduating from the RCEF Rice Specialist Training Course Batch 23 held in DA- PhilRice Agusan Experiment Station, RTR, Agusan del Norte.

Leo Francis Maldo, a Rice Technician and Staff of DA-Regional Field Office 8, added, “Our challenge now is to share the new farming information that we have learned with the farmers in our areas. through this training. This will have a great impact for our country.”

Apart from this, 123 participants also graduated from the Farmers’ Field School on the Production of High Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization led by the participants of RSTC batch 23.
