To prepare the rice farmers in the municipality for the wet season, the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Seed Program delivered sacks of certified seeds today. This distribution is part of the Department of Agriculture’s allocation of seeds to rice farmers spearheaded by the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice).
