ASUNCION, Davao del Norte— The ATI-RTC XI, through its Techno Gabay Program (TGP), launched its 14th Farmers’ Information and Technology Services (FITS) Kiosk under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) at LM Sonajo Diversified Organic Farm, a Learning Site for Agriculture (LSA) in Brgy. New Santiago, on July 16, 2024.

This LSA-FITS Kiosk will serve as a community information hub, providing ready access to relevant and up-to-date information on agri-fishery technologies. Its primary goal is to raise awareness and understanding of RCEF and other DA-Rice programs and services.

Various techno-based IEC materials and ICT equipment were handed over to the newly established FITS Kiosk, owned by Ms. Merlyn Sonajo.

Present at the ceremony were TGP Coordinator Cristin Rosan Besario, RCEF Focal Person Ruby Jane P. Bentiroso, Municipal Agriculturist John F. Paparon, and members of the Farmers Association.
