The Department of Agriculture-Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization(DA-PhilMech) Central Office, Munoz, Nueva Ecija and the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte thru the Provincial Agriculture Ldn in partnership with the Provincial Resource Management Center successfully conducted the Assessment Meeting on the establishment of Rice Processing System 2(RSP2) last July.

Indeed , the DA PhilMech in the persons of Mr. Danilo M. Gamalog- RPS 2 Focal Person together with Engr. Edgar Testa and Engr. Rizmund Royce P. Santiago, presented the needed capacity requirements suitable for the PGLDN. It was agreed to level up the business plan to 4tons/hr. Hopefully, the target installation of the State of the Art Rice Mill and Mechanical Batch Dryer will be early on the 2nd quarter next year.

The meeting also was graced by Hon. Reinario B. Bihag. Attended by Engr. Joy Luntayao, Engr. Allan Pitiilan, Jam Samporno and ofcourse PA Letecia Ditucalan & Staff.
