โ€œSabi nga po, ingatan po natin gaya ng pagpapahalaga natin sa ating mga sarili. Huwag po nating hayaang masira lang or sabi nga po naka-standby lang. Kaya nga po po binigay sa atin upang makatulong sa ating mga farmers at makapag produce tayo ng maraming bigas para sa mga Pilipino,โ€ said Ms. Mary Angeline Tello, chair of the OLCAM Irrigators Association Incorporated as she challenges her fellow farmers.

A total of 59 farmersโ€™ cooperatives and associations (FCAs) and local government units (LGUs) from the province have already benefited from the program, with an estimated total cost of Php124.84M since the program started. (Joe Ruedas)
