The second batch of debaters from Surigao Del Norte State University—Mainit Campus just showed their persuasion prowess during their debate on March 13, 2023, at the RCEF Office, PhilRice Agusan, RTRomualdez, Agusan del Norte.

Royeth E. Padilla, Queenie Luz Patagan, Devon E. Amplayo, and Joemar Anobling were more than ready to maintain their stance, defeat the affirmative team, and silence them with their arguments and proofs. Their winning speeches place emphasis on Rice Tarrification Law (RTL) and Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) as testaments to what a sustainable policy can do to help ensure food security for Filipinos.
