| Thousands of Abrenian Farmers line up at the Bangued Town Plaza to claim their Rice Farmers Financial Assistance (RFFA) worth P5,000 under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) program of the Department of Agriculture (DA).This payout is under the 2022 unclaimed RFFA.
Under this program, rice farmers with small farmlands, tilling two hectares and below, will be identified as beneficiaries as long as they are registered under the Registration System for Basic Sectors of Agriculture (RSBSA).
