The Rice Tariffication Law (Republic Act No. 11203) principally authored by SEN. CYNTHIA A. VILLAR has created the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Seed Program to help Filipino rice farmers prosper and become globally competitive.

 

The seed certification tags are then tagged by the BPI-NSQCS R-10 personnel in the different seed growers bodega in the Province of Bukidnon and Lanao Del Norte after all field and laboratory requirements have been completed. (FB, Binhi at Lupa)
