Tumong niini nga mausa ang programa og magiyahan ang mga mag-uuma gikan sa pagtikad sa lupa hangtod mabaligya ang ilang bugas.

The first PalaySikatan Harvest Festival and Farmers’ Forum was held at the Convergence Cluster Site in Cabadbaran City. This is the technology demonstration site of the integrated RCEF PalaySikatan, RiceBIS 2.0, and SMART Farm. The aim of this program is to guide the farmers from cultivating the land to selling their rice.
