PHilMech distributes 28,817 units of farm equipment under RCEF

MANILA – The Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) has delivered 28,817 units of various agricultural equipment since the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) mechanization program started mid-2019.
