Through her video message, Sen. Cynthia A. Villar congratulates 150 TESDA scholars in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental for finishing the Farmers’ Field School (FFS): Training on the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice, Seed Certification, and Farm Mechanization under the RCEF-Rice Extension Services Program (RESP). The RESP aims to enhance the capability of RCEF beneficiaries in rice and seed production, mechanization, and improved competitiveness and income.
