Discovered by Ka-Palay Woody B. Tenizo, trainer of Atanacio Farm School in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija said that he still needs to study ‘fertilizer calculations’ so that he can better share the importance of proper fertilizer placement to fellow farmers.
 
Aside from fertilizer applications, “Identification and Collection of Insect Pests and Diseases of Rice” are also included in the skills taught by Woody and other trainers of Nueva Ecija and Tarlac during the first week of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund –
Rice Extension Service Program (RCEF-RESP) “Training of Trainers (TOT) on the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds and Farm Mechanization “
 
Ka-Palay Woody says that besides his confidence in teaching has increased, he is even more excited about the possible knowledge he can gain in the remaining two weeks of training.

Bukod sa fertilizer applications, kabilang rin ang “Identification and Collection of Insect Pests and Diseases of Rice” sa mga kasanayang itinuro kina Woody at iba pang mga trainors ng Nueva Ecija at Tarlac sa unang linggo ng Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund – Rice Extension Service Program (RCEF-RESP) “Training of Trainers (TOT) on the Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds and Farm Mechanization.”
