One of the highlights of Training of Trainers on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds and Farm Mechanization is the microteaching.
Microteaching is a tool used where aspiring trainers deliver short teaching sessions. This teaching session could be presented to colleagues or mentors or a class or small group. The concept of microteaching is allowing trainers to improve themselves by reviewing their performance and receiving feedback.
The participants were given 30 minutes (20 mins. for presentation and 10 mins for Q & A, critiquing and mentoring) to discuss their identified topic from the Palaycheck System.

ATI Nueves Rice Specialists Mr. Nino O. Codino, Ms. Sittie Norjanna Pala and Mr. Kennmark C. Tiad served as their panellists.

The activity aims to prepare and heighten the sense of mission to help the farmers become competitive through RCEF specifically during the Modified Farmers Field School on Production of High-Quality Inbred Rice and Seed Certification and Farm Mechanization. (FB, ATI in Zamboanga Peninsula)
