The Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) PhilRice Agusan in coordination with the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte and Municipal Local Government Unit of Lala successfully conducted the Kick-Off Ceremony and Technical Briefing to rice farmers in Lala, LdN.Ms. Evanny Gakit , the RCEF Regional Coordinator speareheaded the activity with her team. Ms. Jhoylie Caumban from ATI 10 also present with their IEC Materials for Rice Technology. Mayor Angel Yap also graced the event with MA Felina Cuaresma and her AEW’s .
