KAPALONG, Davao del Norte— The ATI-RTC XI through its Techno Gabay Program (TGP) launched the Farmers’ Information and Technology Services (FITS) Kiosk under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Program at Mio’s Prime Angel Farm.

The farm is an ATI-certified learning site for agriculture (LSA) and TESDA-accredited farm school located in Brgy. Sampao owned by Ms. Teresita F. Parado.

This LSA FITS Kiosk aims to bring information and technology services closer to farmers, increasing awareness and understanding of RCEF and other DA-Rice related programs and services.

Attendees included ATI-RTC XI Senior Agriculturist Omarbliss B. Dalam, PhD, TGP Coordinator Cristin Rosan T. Besario, OIC Municipal Agriculturist Ohwen S. Duran along with Municipal FITS Manager Bryan Brandino, Brgy. Sampao Councilor Baltazar Solis, Owner of Picaza Agri-Eco Honeybee Farm Dr. Ador R. Picaza, TESDA scholars, and the staff of Mio’s Prime Angel Farm.
