The participants of the Training of Trainers (TOT) on Inbred Rice Seed Production and Farm Mechanization for Farm Schools and Agricultural Extension Workers in Region XII and BARMM (Batch 3) visited the South Central Mindanao Science and Technology College at Tacurong City for the operations of rice farm machineries and equipment.
Facilitated and guided by the staff of SCMSTC, the participants experienced operating some of the agricultural machineries essential in rice production.
The activity has taught them to operate various machineries necessary to effectively cascade their learnings to farmers in their community towards improved productivity in rice production.
The activity was facilitated by RCEF Technical Staff Mr. Jayson V. Abang, Admin Support Staff Mr. Merzaq A. Ulama along with On-the-Job Trainees Mr. John Christopher Cabatingan and Ms. Jonaleen Amor O. Booc.
