Caraga RCEF beneficiaries achieve half-ton rice yield increase

Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) beneficiaries in Caraga have increased their rice harvest by half-ton per hectare from 2019 to 2021 dry season (DS). Frenciso L.
