Ilocos Region opens the second batch of the Training of Trainers on Digital Agriculture Course for Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund Rice Extension Service Program (RCEF-RESP), April 19, 2023, at ATI-RTC 1, Tebag East, Sta.
